From initial signage blueprint design to final flawless delivery, our expertise and craftsmanship ensured full-process services including signage positioning, schematic design, detailed design, fabrication, and on-site installation, enabling the complete integration of the signage system with the hotel’s architecture and interior environment.
Excellence in Wayfinding & Signage Design & Detailed Engineering Design
The core of the design process is transforming the hotel’s brand identity into visible, tangible, and functional signage elements.
We drew inspiration directly from the hotel’s architectural and cultural elements to inform our custom signage design. For materials, we selected antique-bronze finished metals to complement the serene, elegant character of the “Lingnan Mansion” concept. During the detailed engineering and design development phase, we focused on technical execution and craftsmanship: creating comprehensive shop drawings for every signage piece, clarifying structural details, fabrication processes, precise dimensions, and integrated lighting solutions. We also produced 1:1 material samples and mock-ups for review and approval by all stakeholders, guaranteeing that the final hotel signage products met the highest international standards for visual quality, luxury finish, and long-term durability.


Pre-Installation Layout & Mock-Up Survey
On-site layout and mock-up survey are critical to aligning design intent with real-site conditions.
Following technical briefings and precise site measurement verification, we implemented 1:1 paperboard mock-ups for key locations including the lobby feature wall, primary directional signage, villa number plates, and landmark identification signs. From a guest’s perspective, we physically validated signage viewing distance, scale harmony with surroundings, and continuity of wayfinding circulation. Any adjustments were promptly communicated with the client, documented, and finalized before proceeding. This “test-before-install” approach eliminated post-construction reworks and laid a solid foundation for perfect delivery.

Installation & Final Delivery
Installation and delivery marked the final stage of the project, executed with rigorous protocols to ensure immaculate results.
Our installation team followed the confirmed layout positions and technical drawings strictly, while providing comprehensive protection for existing hotel finishes. Upon completion of all signage installation, full system commissioning and on-site cleaning were conducted. We then arranged a joint inspection with hotel management and design teams, verifying information accuracy, installation stability, craftsmanship details, and lighting effects against the checklist item by item. Any issues were immediately rectified and re-inspected until all details met luxury hotel standards. Upon handover, we provided the client with complete as-built documentation, spare parts, and a signed acceptance report, officially launching this seamlessly integrated architectural signage artwork into service.
