Representative projects include MGM Grand Hotel, The Ritz-Carlton, Douyin (TikTok) offices in Shenzhen and Datong, and Tencent Headquarters in Shenzhen.

Zoe Zu leads business development for architectural signage and wayfinding projects in high-end construction sectors. She works closely with hotel groups, real estate developers, and architectural design institutes to understand project positioning and wayfinding requirements, manages bidding, contract negotiation, and payments, and coordinates internal teams to deliver tailored signage solutions and layout plans that enhance customer satisfaction and increase repeat business. Key projects served include Tapestry Collection by Hilton, Protea Hotel, Four Points by Sheraton, and Accor Hotels.

David Guo is responsible for full-cycle project management and on-site implementation of signage systems. He conducts site surveys, verifies conditions, develops project schedules from detailed design to installation and final acceptance, and coordinates with owners, general contractors, and installation teams to ensure precise, zero-defect delivery. His experience covers projects such as Anta Headquarters in Shanghai, Douyin Headquarters in Shenzhen, Datong Cloud Computing Center, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), and MGM Grand Hotel.

Peter Zeng leads the design and engineering transformation of signage able proconcepts into manufacturducts. She coordinates processes including sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, screen printing, and assembly, plans production schedules, and allocates equipment and technicians to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of illuminated signs, 3D channel letters, and other custom signage products. Leo Zhang oversees day-to-day production operations and process optimization. He breaks down design drawings into specific manufacturing steps, controls material costs and delivery timelines, and promotes first-article inspection and continuous improvement to maintain stable quality at scale. Major projects include Tencent Global Headquarters in Shenzhen, Douyin Headquarters Building in Houhai, Shenzhen, Sangfor Technologies Building, and China Communications Construction Group Nansha Huitong Center in Guangzhou.

Sam Jiang is in charge of end-to-end quality assurance, covering raw materials, production processes, packaging, and on-site installation. He implements incoming, in-process, and final inspections and focuses on key factors such as color consistency, lighting uniformity, and structural stability. By handling customer feedback and driving root-cause corrective actions, he ensures near zero-defect delivery across all signage projects, including Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, MGM Grand Hotel, Renaissance Haikou Mission Hills, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and JW Marriott Changsha.
